Resepi Ayam Panggang Rosemary

Assalamualaikum, hye!

 

I am a bit bored right now. So, I decided to update a new recipe here. Today, my family and I had Ayam Panggang Rosemary as our break fast (berbuka puasa), not makan pagi ya. Hehe. It’s such a simple and tak-renyah recipe, but turn out very delisiaso, told ya! That’s why this is the third time we break our fast with this Ayam Panggang Rosemary. Trust me, you won’t regret.

 

Actually,I don’t have ‘accurate’ ingredient for this recipe. So, I don’t really follow it. just campak-campak sahaja as long as it turns out good, then it’s okay. You can check out the exact recipe here.

 

LET’S START!

 

Ingredient:

1 ekor ayam

½ sudu kecil rosemary

½ sudu kecil lada hitam

½ sudu kecil jintan putih

½ sudu kecil jintan manis

1 biji bawang besar / 5 biji bawang kecil

5 ulas bawang putih

1 inci halia

4 sudu kecil gula

4 sudu kecil madu

2 kiub ayam

Garam secukupnya

Sedikit serbuk kunyit

Sedikit air untuk blend

 

Cara-cara:

1. Siang ayam

2. Blend semua ingredient

3. Lumurkan ayam dengan bahan-bahan yang telah di-blend

 4. Perap ayam selama 4 jam atau lebih. But it’s better to marinate it overnight in the fridge.

5. Bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 180 degree, api atas bawah selama 2 jam.

6. Selepas 1 jam yang pertama, keluarkan ayam dan siram dengan kuah marinate yang bertakung.

7. Wallah! Bon apetite!



Hasilnya!! Ni gambar yang first attempt. Tak sangka first try pun menjadi dan sedap :’D

 

I marinated the chicken at 12pm something. At 4pm, I started memanggang for 2 hours. By 6pm, it’s done!

 

Very simple but delicious. This recipe is really worth to give a try. So, selamat mencuba >_< Assalamualaikum.
